Request for returns should be addressed to our Customer Service Division at 1-615-758-3656 within 5 days of receipt of your order. Only full units may be returned for credit. Candy, candy-filled party favors and personalized items are non-returnable. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. All returned products must be returned in their original packaging and shipped with insurance to cover the amount of the return. Customer is responsible for shipping on all returned items. We reserve the right to forward a company check as a refund OR credit the balance to the credit card used for the original purchase.
